I love Kylea's Chia Meal. I use it in many of my recipes like meatballs and Chicken Parmesan. It makes them moist and delicious and I love knowing that these dishes are now loaded with Omega 3's. Having three children, two of them teenagers, it is a real struggle to get them to consistently eat healthy. When I use Kylea's Chia Meal in my recipes, I feel great knowing the food they are eating is rich in nutrients.
